The Delimiter Separated items to be batched for Lookup. These can be typed in, copied and pasted, or read from a file.
Note: There is a limit to the number of items that will be processed by the batch based on your User Type.
The delimiter can be a Comma, Tab, Space, Colon, or the Pipe (|) character.
The item data to be provided is dependent on the Lookup Method selected.
If the Lookup Method does not match the data provided, all lookups will still be attempted, but you will get zero matches.
Be sure to have line breaks after each item.
For example, if the Cage & Part Number Method is selected, your item list might look like:
98ABC,PART01-001
98ABC,PART02-001
98ABC,PART03-001
When providing cages, if less than 5 characters are provided, zeros will be added to the start of the cage.
For example: ABC will be looked up as 00ABC.
When providing NIINs, you can either provide NSNs or NIINs. If less than 9 characters are provided, zeros will be added to the start of the NIIN.
Dashes in NSNs are allowed, but spaces are not (Space is one of the 'Delimiter' options).
Lookup Items can be supplied via a file (on most browsers) by clicking the
Browse button.
Lookup Items from prior batches can be loaded by clicking on the
